We recently analyzed first-quarter 2026 data for the North Oregon Coast, and what we found is encouraging—homes that sold between 30 and 60 days on the market actually sold closest to their list price.
So if you’re around that 30-day mark, there’s no need to panic just yet. You could be right where you need to be.
