They were very professional. Always willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small. Bree was wonderful to work with as well as the associates. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If we were ever to need a Realtor in the future we would not hesitate to use them.
Our buying experience was excellent. Especially when it came to the offer of agent, Deb Stenvall, crafted. In a market as competitive as Astoria, one needs a strategic edge. Deb created a set of incentives that were strategic and geared toward being of extra interest of the seller. Incentives that used knowledge of the seller to target the seller's needs. I firmly believe that we would not have had our offer accepted had it not been for these details.

Mallory Seppa, did an amazing job managing all of the tons of paperwork. In fact, everyone on the Bree & Associates team that had a hand in helping us sell our house was great. Now that we've finally settled into our new home and life I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Hillary at Bree & Associates. Her personable approach, friendly and professional demeanor and willingness to go the distance to help us achieve our dream is beyond compare. In one of the most difficult times and through VERY challenging circumstances landing a loan she was patient, helpful, guided us to the right folks and took us on tours when we couldn't be there ourselves (being in Indiana at the time). Even when we changed streams at the last moment for a better opportunity she took it in stride, made the changes and helped us get the home we now have. We have loved it since and are ever thankful and grateful Hillary and the good folks at Bree & Associates were the largest part of making that happen. I would highly recommend considering them for your home-buying should you decide to become neighbors!

We came to look at Astoria for the climate initially. Caitlin was our humble but eager guide helping us traverse what areas were good and other areas to avoid. We stayed in Astoria for a week as half a vacation and a half hearted house hunting trip. Caitlin lined up a host of wonderful houses, and we fell in love with the town, a house, and even made friends with the town folk. I currently live in Texas where folks are pretty friendly, but they don’t come close to the warmth of Astoria folks. Even after we closed the loan, Caitlin was there helping us with the awkward journey half way across the United States. I’ve never worked with such a capable agent with solutions to every one of our problems. Caitlin glided us along the entire process using solid ideas and conveyed wisdom.
